Agricultural Science and Technology Policy Program (ASTP)

ASTP Program focuses on the following major policy studies:

·          Innovated national agricultural R&D system and policies

·          Innovated national agricultural technology extension system and policies

·          Impact assessments and policies of modern agricultural technologies especially agricultural biotechnology

·          Impact assessments of intellectual property rights and policies on the coordination of public and private
agricultural R&D

·          Economic analysis of agricultural biodiversity, with particular emphasis on impacts and poverty

·          Impact assessments of major national agricultural R&D policies
